Czeck Haibike pro Tereza Hurikova in the 2011 Pietermaritzburg Cross Country where she came 30th. She started as a cross-country skier in a skiing club of her home town Vimperk. She started MTB racing in 1999 in the Vimperk league where she scored a second place and won silver in the Czeck cup race the same year. In 2003 she started racing internationally scoring a silver in one of the European Championship races. She was subsequently signed by the Ceska Sporitelna MTB team twice winning the junior World championship (cross-country, road time-trial). She rode at the Beijing Olympics but didn’t get a medal. 2009 was a year of injury and she suffered a poor 2010 season.
